Pricing structure

Clear trip pricing, based on season, group size, and what your program includes

We do not use teaser rates. Each farm stay or ecotour is priced from the real operating details of the program, including travel dates, number of guests, accommodation standard, meals, transport arrangement, and the activities confirmed with independent hosts.

What usually increases cost

  • • Peak harvest and holiday dates
  • • Private transfers instead of shared routing
  • • Smaller groups needing more dedicated hosting
  • • Ensuite rooms or higher-comfort lodging
  • • Added workshops, tastings, or craft sessions

What can lower cost

  • • Midweek or shoulder-season departures
  • • Joining a scheduled small-group date
  • • Shared room or family room options
  • • Using public rail plus local pickup
  • • Choosing a shorter ready-made program

Booking steps

Deposits, date checks, and final host confirmation

To keep each rural stay realistic and clearly scheduled, every reservation moves through a short confirmation sequence. We first check the requested dates with the independent host, then confirm the final program details, accommodation format, and any transfer notes before the balance is due.

1. Initial deposit

A deposit is requested after your preferred dates and group details are reviewed. This step allows us to place a temporary hold while the host checks practical availability.

2. Host availability check

Availability is not considered final until the host confirms capacity, seasonal activities, meal planning, and any farm-specific timing that affects the visit.

3. Final confirmation and balance

Once the host confirms, you receive the final itinerary summary with payment timing for the remaining balance. Only then is the program treated as fully confirmed.
